MODALITIES AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS AND PRICES

The following conditions establish the sale conditions appliable to the reservation services either by internet, telephone, fax , or at the reception.
This document describes the rights and engagements of all the parties involved; no other condition can be added.
As reservations are quite common all the following acts are in accordance with the french law. In case of any conflict on the interpretation of these limits, the parties involved will work towards a mutually pleasant solution. If such a solution cannot be reached, the conflict will be brought before the unique juridiction of the courts of Montpellier.
The information on pay cards and the degree of solvability that the prices have enumerated depending on the season is shown in euros ( tax included). The client thus accepts that the prices are indicated.
Each reservation will have it's own modalities and conditions for the annulation of a validated or confirmed reservation. You are linked to those modalities and conditions once your reservation is confirmed.

a) With the annulation of a stay with a deposit, the amounts engaged are conserved by SARL HOTEL AZUR and are kept as assets to be used during the six months following the annulation of the reservation.
b) If the reservation is with a credit card and annulled 48 hours beforehand, ther will be no cost. In the other case one night will be credited and the reservation will be completely annulled.

About security during your reservation, the client becomes irreversably responsable of the reservation when clicking on "send"( then after giving paycard informations and it's degree of solvability checked).
The bill is settled on the day you leave, no debit beforehand on your card.
The price of the room includes: the rent of the room, the provision of sheets, bath towels, soap, shampoo, tv, air-conditioning, heating, electricity,WIFI access, parking and swimming pool.
The price of the room does not include: breakfast, sejour tax (from the 1st of March to the 31st of October), extra bedding, access to the internet point as well as supplement for animals or any other extra.
The hotel is open from Easter to Halloween 24/7with the presence of a night watchman.
Clients without luggage will please pay on arrival.

SECURITY :

Clients must make sure that their door and windows are closed when absent (especially on the ground floor).
The room keys MUST be given to the reception every time one leaves the hotel.
A safe is available in each room, nevertheless the direction is responsable only for any objects, valuables or cash deposited at the reception against a receipt. The parking and hall of the hotel are under video surveillance. The parking is private, closed and insured against theft commited inside vehicules but only in case of a noted infraction, a police report is compulsary.

BEHAVIOUR IN THE BEDROOMS

It is strictly forbidden to eat, smoke and consume alcoholic drinks in the bedrooms.
It is stricly forbidden to wash clothes in the bedrooms.
It is strictly forbidden to plug in any heating material or similar devices in the bedrooms.
Please make sure that the taps are closed and that the lights and heating are off before leaving.
The rent of rooms indicated in an annexe of this doument is for a maximum number of people.Any infraction will lead to an extra penalty of 20€ per person per day.
